Worth knowing before you book:

The washing machine and dryer are in the Boot Room, a separate building shared with other guests
Available on request

Who it suits
Two couples, a family of four, or four friends. The split-bed option means nobody has to share if they'd rather not, and with two bathrooms there's no morning queue. It's the lodge we'd point you to first if flexibility matters more than anything else.
The building
The Stables was a Victorian stable block. When we started the renovation it still had hay in it, along with an old bridle, horseshoes and feeding troughs.
The outside of the building has changed very little. We wanted to keep its character.
