Thank you for booking your stay at The Firs Suffolk, we look forward to welcoming you to our tranquil corner of Suffolk.

This arrival and welcome information below is to make sure your stay with us is as smooth and stress free as it can be.

Day of Arrival: Check-in time: 4pm
Early check-in option is (available on request and subject to availability) for £15 per person. Early check-in option is 1pm
Directions: Put the IP19 0QD in your satnav.  This is the google maps link to the car park entrance. The Firs Suffolk
You should see a big 60cm circular 'The Firs Suffolk' sign on an open 90 degree bend on Manse Lane. The entrance is on that bend and there are double 5 bar gates which lead quickly to the car park. If you do not see the sign, you are in the wrong place - and please call the number below. 
Parking & Keys: When you pull in through the double 5 bar gates, you will se birdboxes fastened to trees or the building on your left.  Find your birdbox and park in front of it, your name will be hanging on a small sign below it.  If your lodge has a key, you will find this inside your birdbox.

While you are here:
Your lodge: The WiFi details are on your welcome sheet in your lodge, but I will add them here too for your ease.

Hot tub: Your hot tub will be ready to light on your arrival. To light the hot tub it will take a minimum of 2 hours to heat and you will need to reload with wood during that time. Please see our hot tub page on the website for more information.
Wood burning stove: Please find the links on the stoves.
Warnings - they get hot. Do not leave the door open - wood burning stoves are designed to be shut. Please do not empty the ash, the ash can still be alight days after the last fire. The ash bed is necessary for a good fire - we will clean it out as required.
Towels: We provide hamam spa towels, dressing gowns and bathroom towels. Please do not use the white bathroom towels outside please.
Restaurants: We woulld advise booking ahead.  See our recommended list

Day of departure:
Check out: 10:30am
Late check-out option is (available on request and subject to availability) for £15 per person. Late check option is 12 noon between Monday to Saturday, 4pm on Sunday
Please leave the lodge tidy and clean
Bins/rubbish: please empty the bins in the relevant bins near the gate 
Key: Please leave the key in the lock
