The pictures don’t do this place justice. From the minute we arrived every detail had been thought out. The tents were luxurious with everything we needed and the grounds were stunning. We went and met the chickens and had a wander around the kitchen garden. Everything felt so private and perfectly thought out to ensure all guests have the best stay. I would highly recommend hiring the pizza oven and the service to have your hot tub ready on arrival!! We also hired the bikes during our stay and bikes through the picturesque villages around the area. We genuinely can’t say a bad word as we left wanting to extend our stay. Will be making this a yearly retreat. Perfection in a stay.

I hosted my 40th at the Firs - taking over the entire site with some of my closest friends. The place itself is stunning - refined, charming, stunning flowers and gardens and super comfy. Amy and Alison were exceptional hosts who made it all super special. Wonderful!!

You know those sort of tv ads for well known holiday rentals/parks with the "happy family bonding moments" montages - the ones that usually make me roll my eyes cynically - well, we just lived out one of those ads for real here! Camp fires, s'mores, collecting eggs straight from under a hen, dragonflies and watching bats flit about in the dusk were the highlights for my 13 year old
